2008 Mazda CX7 help.
I have a CX7 4cyl turbo that dies at stop light and does not show any codes current or pending. No visible vacuum leaks. Before I go to far out of KISS, is this a common thing on those?

perimeters were good, not codes directly linking them. Once cooled down, gave them and the throttle body a quick clean with carb cleaner on a shop rag.

Fuel pump? I can't remember if my car threw any codes when the fuel pump went but it definitely wouldn't idle for shit.

PUSH IT INTO TRAFFIC, LIGHT IT ON FIAH.
Not common... but what isn't on those. Throw a new turbo at it, new VVT actuator and timing chain, if its AWD re-seal the transfer case and install the rear diff breather, oh and don't forget the hell expensive EGR and high pressure fuel pump. Replace those too.

I sure hope it's not the fuel pump. It's the only thing that would throw a code. Well, not entirely
